This weekend I went ( more than once! ) to an awesome Estate Sale! The house was three floors and a backyard full of surprises. The place had been purchased by a man who was a member of the Historical Society and his mission was to return the house to it's original Victorian Splendor. He added stained glass windows and antique light fixtures. I was just in awe. It was like walking into a dream.
Visited my favorite supply store- "Scrapbook Territory". I loved walking up and down the many aisles of beautiful papers, inspecting the Sticker Wall and grabbing spools of fancy ribbons to be cut and stashed in my shopping basket. I have not been to Fourth Street in quite a while and I was so surprised to find many shops have disappeared, replaced by empty storefronts with "For Lease" signs in the window. Le Sigh...
